• Contributions: If you post things on our website ("Contributions"), other users and even third-party websites might see them. When you post Contributions, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and distribute your content for any purpose, including advertising.

You are responsible for what you post. You agree that your Submissions and Contributions are not illegal, harmful, hateful, false, misleading, or violate anyone else's rights. You'll also pay us back for any losses we have because of what you post.

2. YOUR PROMISES TO US

4. PRODUCTS, PURCHASES, AND PAYMENT

All products (including downloadable content and subscription-based Membership Plans) are subject to availability. We can edit, discontinue, delete, or alter the public availability of any product or post at any time for any reason. Prices and terms for all products and Membership Plans can change. Users will be emailed before any changes are made.

Our platform uses Wix Payments, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

You need to give us accurate payment information for all purchases. You also agree to promptly update your account and payment details so we can complete your transactions. Sales tax will be added if required. Prices can change at any time. All payments must be in US dollars.

You agree to pay all charges for your purchases, including any shipping fees, and you allow us to charge your chosen payment method. If your order involves recurring charges (like subscriptions), you agree that we can charge your payment method on a recurring basis without needing your approval each time, until you cancel. We can correct any pricing errors, even if we've already requested or received payment.

We can refuse any order. We can also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These limits might apply to orders using the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address. We can limit or prohibit orders that seem to be from dealers, resellers, or competitors.

Refund Policy

All subscription-based Membership Plans are final sale and no refund will be issued. If you wish to terminate your Membership, please cancel your subscription before your next billing date by logging into your account and ending services in your Account Settings.

For downloadable content (like media kits or graphic design content), all sales are final, and we do not process refunds. However, we are committed to working with our clients to ensure satisfaction and achieve the best possible outcome for your needs. 5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You can't access or use our platform for any purpose other than what we make it available for. Our platform cannot be used for commercial activities unless we specifically approve them.

• Use a buying or purchasing agent on our platform.

• Use our platform to compete with us or for any commercial purpose that generates revenue without our permission.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Our platform allows you to post content like comments, photos, and videos ("Contributions"). These Contributions might be seen by other users and on third-party websites. Any Contributions you make may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

When you create or make available any Contributions, you promise that:

• Posting them won't infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights (like copyright, patent, trademark).

• You own them or have all the necessary rights and licenses to let us and other users use them as described in these Terms & Conditions.

• You have written permission from everyone identifiable in your Contributions to use their name or likeness.

• Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.

• Your Contributions are not unsolicited advertising, spam, or other forms of solicitation.

• Your Contributions are not obscene, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable.

• Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.

• Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten anyone or promote violence.

• Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Your Contributions do not violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights.

• Your Contributions do not harm the health or well-being of minors.

• Your Contributions do not include offensive comments related to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or disabilities.

• Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.

Any use of our platform that violates these rules may result in your rights to use our services being terminated or suspended.

7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting your Contributions to any part of our platform, you automatically give us an unrestricted, unlimited, permanent, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, copy, display, and distribute such Contributions (including your image and voice) for any purpose (commercial, advertising, or otherwise), and to create new works from them. This also includes the right to sublicense these rights. This use and distribution can happen in any media format or channel.

 

This license applies to any current or future technology. It also includes our use of your name, company name, and any trademarks, service marks, logos, and personal or commercial images you provide. You give up all "moral rights" in your Contributions.

 

You still own your Contributions. We are not responsible for any statements or representations you make in your Contributions. You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree to protect us from any legal action regarding them.

 

We have the right, at our sole discretion, to: (1) edit or change any Contributions; (2) re-categorize Contributions to put them in better locations; and (3) pre-screen or delete any Contributions at any time for any reason, without notice. We don't have to monitor your Contributions.

8. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

Our platform may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") and content from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). We don't check these, and we're not responsible for any Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content. Just because we include a link doesn't mean we approve or endorse it.

If you leave our platform to access Third-Party Websites or use Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and these Terms & Conditions no longer apply. Any purchases you make on Third-Party Websites are solely between you and the third party, and we are not responsible for them. We might have hardware or software problems or need to do maintenance, which could cause interruptions, delays, or errors.
